The Animated Gospel Choir began in the summer of 1995. The founders of the choir attended a puppet workshop in Holland, after which they decided to form a choir that featured puppets. From humble beginnings with a small group of 3, today there are 15 puppeteers and are still growing. The choir has performed all over the UK at: Festivals, Concerts, Churches, Schools, Conferences, Fetes , Hotels, Open Air Shows , Parties, Holiday Resorts, Shopping Centers, Carnivals, TV & Theatre .

  - ITV  - Britain's Got Talent
  - BBC2 - Let Me Entertain You
  - Channel 4 - Homemade

In addition the choir has performed overseas in:

Germany, Austria, USA, South Africa, Holland, Ireland, Denmark & Spain

1996 – The LYF Way-To- Go Award

1999 - The Walthamstow SDA 70th Anniversary Evangelism Award

2004 – Children’s Gospel Festival
